This is a chilling confession of a 46-year-old woman who infected over 420 men with a type of HIV she terms as 'spiritual'.
According to her, she belonged to a spiritual group which assigned her and 3 other women to spread the unusual virus to humans.
She was tasked to sleep with 50 men per night and she has since confessed of sleeping with over 400 men.
