The Central Bank of Nigeria has allegedly submitted a shocking list of FIVE former governors who were involved in money laundering and corruption during their tenure as governors, to President Buhari for immediate probe (and jail).
Some of them have received appointments from President Buhari who set up a committee to tackle corruption.
The names on the list will likely be jailed as Buhari has already ordered EFCC to arrest them.

Why not let this woman of value be?
ReplyDeleteDid you actually read the post?
DeleteWoman of value indeed !!!
Deletewhat value are you talking about? You should help us tell her to return our money. Thieves with value
DeleteWhat value has she added during her tenor in office. Let fools keep quiet if they have nothing to say
DeleteYou meant to say thief of value
DeleteHehe he,woman of honor. So stealing is honorable in Nigeria!!!
DeleteBe careful Jesse of what you write ...
DeleteJesse let me ask u this if Nigeria was ur Fathers company he struggled to create for the benefit for all his children and u see all this looting of ur fathers enterprise will u because of ur stupid tribalistic mentality allow sentiments or applaud the man who is trying to recover what was stolen from your inheritance
DeleteNgozi Okonjo did nothing
ReplyDeleteU must be a fool for saying that
Deletedoes Ngozi, share some fund to your family? what concern you in any step the present government is taking on looted funds
DeleteIts a shame. Ngozi can still be consult to the present regime. She is a credible person that should be encouraged. She still has something to offer. Its time to use all our best hands.
ReplyDeleteShe is nothing to offer Nigeria and Nigerians again. What she had offer is great and wonderful, but it has not brought any good omen. We lost lot of money to privatization and IPO scams under OBJ. We lost several money under Yaradua cum Jonathan. What do we want? Another advise or consultation for losses!
Deletemumu u b. Idiot
DeleteHonestly, for saying that Ngozi dis nothing, you are a candidate of prison
DeleteU r a disgrace 2 family, go back 2 skul n study more GST logic n critical thinking.
Deleteif there was a credible executive member of the F.E.C for the past sixteen years it was, is and will still be the person of person Hon. Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala.
Deleteam afraid when I hear she is been requested to come serve under APCs government, why? The kind of mean acquaintances she will witness she will ever regret concurring'.
Okonjo Nweala should have demanded for a written explanation why an adviser on security could demand for such a huge fund from her boss for the sake of posterity. Now that her deed is being questioned, and which any serious government should do, she thinks it's witch hunt. It is not. This government has a right to probe the massive diversion of government funds which went on under Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. That is what we call accountability. Every human being shall account for his/her deeds, if not here (because you think you are unassailable) definitely before your maker. We are not here to loot or pillage public fund but to render selfless service. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan have proved that despite his education, he is a moron. Shame on him.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, but you know how corrupt the last administration was, and since she actually penned it down that her boss should ensure accountability from Dasuki that could have been the much she has powers to do, so it think more of the red-light should be on her boss and not really on Her, but all the same its not a bad move either this administration should just try as much as they can to make these individuals involved in governance understand that its entirely wrong for them to divert funds and not just like funds funds but massive amounts for their personal use at the expense of the country they pledged to serve.
DeleteWe all shall account not only for our deed, but also for every word that comes from us.
DeleteNice piece!
DeleteReal shame on him
Deletethank you.
DeleteI perfectly agree with you. It is a big shame that we are leaving the substance and chasing shadows. It does not matter who is involved, as long as a misdeed has been committed, all that matters is that something wrong had been done and has to be corrected. We should not support looting of public treasury because that has led a lot of people to their early graves. What Mrs Okonjo-Iweala did was aiding corruption which is a serious crime!
Deleteyou are very correct.
Deleteyes
DeleteOf course she could have demanded for such reason but she kept quiet and allowed the deal to be done. I am watching if she got her own share. How can such fund go to Security Adviser? Is a plain question an average intelligent man should ask
DeleteAgba, by your submission, for 6+yrs, we were led by a moron (stupid) man? I think like Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 6:5 confessed to having an 'unclean lips', you should also ask the LORD to forgive you of this thrash, foul-mouthed and indecent character just demonstrated. I pray that the LORD cleanse you with the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. Amen
DeleteGod bless Baba Agba!
Deletejust as u have d guts to call our past president names, u are an idiot to start with, an illiterate, just as you can't separate between the lines of a deceiver, a junk because you are a minus in the school of reasoning at least before you talk. lastly and not the list, you are your name; AGBA which means ASPHALT. find out hat it means if can understand or you ask educated people to tell you. it implies that your brain is on the road and people step on it all day so your brain is lost
DeleteNGOZI IS A STAR THATS IS STILL SOUGHT AFTER WORLDWIDE YET A SECTION OF NIGERIANS ARE LOOKING FOR WAYS TO TARNISH HER IMAGE.WISDOM DEMANDS THAT WE BEG HER TO HELP REVAMP OUR ECONOMY.MY HEART BLEEDS WHEN I SEE LEARNED PEOPLE BOUND BY DEMON OF TRIBALISM,SECTIONALISM,PARTISANSHIP AND PAROCHIALISM.NO COUNTRY CAN DEVOLOPE BY DESTROYING THEIR BEST
Deleteyour judgment is not bad but don't abuse leaders always pray for them AMEN
Deletei think u are the biggest fool baba agba or who ever you think u are to talk a nigerian president in that manner just out of share sentiment,he who insults a leader can never become one, if you think its easy to lead, then start from your home, by the way what happen to our 2016 budget? have you ever heard of anything called missing budget before in your entire life?mind they way you enterfere in issues that are weigh beyond your capacity, only pray for them if u can, but if not pls keep your mouth shot
DeleteYes, she would have demanded for written explaination
ReplyDeleteFrom Director spender GEJ or who?
Deletesome Nigerian are just speculation on things that we all know that past president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, deliberately sign money to be use for PDP elections to continue govern Nigeria and loot more,,
ReplyDeleteMay GOD Help us...
The whole things amounts to financial recklessness, how can anybody in his/her right senses took possession of this huge amount of monies from the coppers of the Federal Government without due process. It was not Okonjo Nweala's money nor it was GEJ money, the money belongs to Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteThe President directed and the worker under him obeyed but wrote a memo that he monitors how the money is spent himself. This woman is one of the finest that came out of Nigeria no matter how those who hate her wants to ruin her, people like Edo state Governor Adams. Let him step down and a probe goes on u will see. Madam Ngozi don't mind them. Dasuki said somethings and they are catching cold.
ReplyDeletelooting money is same as looting the life of Nigerians, the boko haram and the looters are same, per-harp, they may even be there sponsors.God will bring to book everything that happen under the sun.keep looting and the killing we have nothing to loose. God will judge all.
ReplyDeleteGod watches everything and will bring to book all human acts
ReplyDeleteAnyone accusing Ngozi is just wasting time. It is high time this administration concentrated. By now Nigerians should be seeing their own workable strategies and not blaming the past administration. No one, including any government moves far by blaming the past.
ReplyDeleteSo it was a stolen money by abacha when buhari was working for him
ReplyDeleteLet everybody be probed, not selective probe.
ReplyDeleteYou can not probe everybody at the same time. You have to start from somewhere.Common sense dictate that you start from the immediate regime and work backwards.
Deletewhy is this coming up at this time if it were true then the probe would have been immediate
ReplyDeleteGod in your hands do we wait for our daily bread. They looted and the masses are suffering it now.
ReplyDeleteHmmm Nija , when i never fit buy bread
ReplyDeleteThey all knew what they did. There is no novice amonst them all. It was all ploy to secure money for the PDP Elections. They should better return the monies of face the music.
ReplyDeletevery soon, Nigerians will need to feed themselves and family.. keep using this cheap corruption logic in your governance. Instead of to stand and lead Nigerians you are there hammering on corruption, while the economy is dying... you divert peoples attention to the present in other to loot funds also... shame on yu PMB
ReplyDeleteMay God deliver this country .
ReplyDeleteThey keep complaining instead of moving this nation foward. we will use 4 years investigating and probing. Please let Baba work ooooo
ReplyDeleteis he going to use his peee to produce money.
DeleteNigerians, You have not had anything at all about the atrocities committed by Okonjo to the 170 million Nigerians, her second coming was a doom in fact a disaster of the greatest magnitude. Keep your fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteMAKE UNA WORK,stop the blame,,a dollar is 300 naira now,,start work plssss
ReplyDeletebuhari is a failure,,let him work,,cow government,,what about ibb 12 billion dollas,obj 22billion dollas,,i beggi make we hear word
ReplyDeleteWith all due respect? baba agba or whatever u call yrself;pray that u have someone elevated in yr family to the pedigree of Good Luck Jonathan. Secondly correct that name calling d like of GEL a moroon ok. Obama deemed it wise enough to invite buhari to d white house and deeply believed he had any meaningfull agena with taming corruption and looters, while he informed buhari of need to handle d HALIBOTON loot running into over $ 150 billion and several other nothing has happened so far. Abacha looted into his purse in various dimension, so did several many looters. Okonjo N I whld be held accountable if it is confirmable he stole funds into some secret accts abroad or any where, it is senseless involving her in money she actually directed into some federal perse which was never her personal account. D question should be did the dasuki deny the money coming under his watch? then he shld be held. LET dis government stop propaganda, antagonism, endless fault findings and get down to work. Nigerians are sick and tired of them calling Jonathan and past ministers if they cannot show any tangible input to economical growth and our national live.
ReplyDeleteall the past government should be review so we can comment very well, time shall justify so called justice
ReplyDeleteit is a shame to hear the APC federal government and rev. mbaka to say and subscribe blames and sins of the hopelessness government of APC on president jonathan. I DECREE SHAME AND SIN UPON EVERY EVIL LEADERS AND EVIL FOLLOWERS THAT AS CREATED THIS BACKWARDNESS ON EVERY GOOD NIGERIANS AND NIGERIA, GOD ALMIGHTY THE CREATOR WILL TRULY DESTROY THEM WITHOUT MERCY IN JESUS CHRIST IMMANUEL NAME AMEN.
ReplyDeleteAre you also aware that your friend ,the Aboki (Buhari)is also a partaker in the so-called loot? He was given two costly SUV car and a huge sum of money. He admitted taken the vehicle but denied the cash. Both the giver and taker are culpable in bribery.Hope he wont shoot his own leg by trying to shoot GEJ
ReplyDeleteunfortunate read wide pls dnt embarrass ur self in this platform. For ur inf all past president are entitle to such at every four years so if u dnt know ask very well u mention 2 two SUV cars ok how much is the money given to him?
DeleteDon't be surprised to hear that they all shared the money among themselves.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. One Government was kind and sincere enough to return the loot to us. What would we have done if the money was not returned to Nigeria? It would have been better for that Govt not to return the loot if she knew that the money would not be used to better the lot of the common man. From Abacha to Dasuki is like from frying pan to fire. While the money was being shared by some people like 'eran ileya' i.e. sacrificial ram, our innocent, and inadequately armed soldiers were being slaughtered daily by the heartless Boko Haram terrorists. A clear case of Monkey dey work, Baboon dey chop. The blood of those hundred of thousands of soldiers who died in the cause of defending their father land is on the heads of those (Dasuki and Coy) who shared/spent money which was supposed to be used to purchase arsenal for their effective operation. No wonder I was wondering it was taking such a long time to get rid of the Boko Haram. Poor me. Thank God there was election. Thank God still Jonathan and his vampire bats did not win.
ReplyDeleteIT IS SHOCKING TO HEAR SUCH WOMAN OF FAME IN ANYTHING CONCERNING ACCOUNTS TO SHIPISHLY AND BLINDLY RELEASE SUCH WHOOPING AMOUNT AND NEVER DARED TO DEMAND FOR AN ACCOUNT,OR SHE IS Fearing the gun?.
ReplyDeleteA world bank personality,in fact i am in doubt.
from pastor christian ogbuka
She acted as directed by the President. If she did not benefit from the stolen/recovered/stolen fund in all ramifications, leave her alone. But Nigerians hold her in high quality. She performed creditably well in Obasanjo's administration. To this, hold Jonathan responsible.
ReplyDeleteNa wa ooo. Nigeria!
ReplyDeleteAll this are antics of failure of a a Government that promised Nigerians heaven. How can you deliver on looted funds.Stop diverting our attention.Go to your table map out ways to generate your fund and deliver on your mandate to Nigerians. They demonized Abacha what has happened to the recovered monies?
ReplyDeletemy brother my friend how are you doing today?i really understand your plight on issues pertaining this great country of ours honestly am impress on your take on the matter. But on the contrary, the way and manner in which you are tackling on the past president in not the best option don't forget so soon that the said president has achieve a lot in this great country is just that those working with him are hoodlums and criminal minded people whom where suppose to take the country to a better height are now the pandemonium we are facing....please if you must address this issue be more liberal in your critique and not one sided.may God help us all
ReplyDeleteDon't blame the poor woman. The desperate need to defeat the Boko Haram and the blame game that Jonathan was behind them pushed them into all illegality.
ReplyDeleteWhat serious govt will need Okonjo's services? Is it to return and wreck the economy again or what? And what else but looting can she still offer?
ReplyDeleteSeriously she has been a nice woman and someone i respect so much. But, sincerely her action was against the code of professional ethic. First, She released money without warrant (authority to incur expenditure) and, i think she should be question on that note. Secondly, The Finance Minister's directs the Nigerian Ministry of Finance and ensures that it operates in a transparent, accountable and efficient manner to bolster the country's economic development priorities. Also, Mrs Ngozi has done nothing wrong in disbursing money simply because she acted within her power according to the constitution. i.e, Services include collecting and disbursing government revenue, formulating policies on taxation, tariffs, fiscal management etc., preparing and managing the budget, preparing annual accounts for ministries, departments and agencies, managing federal debt and regulating the capital market. However, the supervision of the fund distursed should be her major role but she didnt, to this end again, she should be question.
ReplyDeleteSincerely, Mrs Ngozi should not be critise for what she did if truly we know her roles as a Minister of Finance. The Finance Minister's directs the Nigerian Ministry of Finance and ensures that it operates in a transparent, accountable and efficient manner to bolster the country's economic development priorities, also include collecting and disbursing government revenue, formulating policies on taxation, tariffs, fiscal management etc., preparing and managing the budget, preparing annual accounts for ministries, departments and agencies, managing federal debt and regulating the capital market. Below are some of the reasons she should be question. (1) She disbursed fund without warrant (i.e. authority to incur expenditure) which was totally against the code of professional ethics and, (2) She failled to supervise the money disburesd through her office.
ReplyDeleteGuy's if you don't know what to say do not comment. i don't see the reason for condemning people you don't know or the thing's you don't see. If i may ask, who is right? even the present Government have there problems. the money that Abacha stole from Nigeria is too much. un-recovered is three times more than recovered. Still yet you guy's still allow them to rule you. Is it not high time for you guy's to eliminate those old rulers and install new and credible group that will lead your country? very soon you will hear and see the one the present president will do. I rest my case here.
ReplyDeleteGod help nigeria, fraud continues every where
ReplyDeleteBaba Buhari carry on with your good work it is for the good of all Nigerians irrespective of your religious or ethnic affiliation.I wonder what this country would have turn to under the leadership of these criminals called P D P cabals led by the so called Azikiwe Ebelle Jonathan whom from all indication have no clue of what was happening during his reign as commander in chief what a pity.Baba dont be dettered keep on moving until we get to the promise land. And to those who are his foot soldiers in transforming this great country, its my prayers that may Allah guide and protect you from those vampires, who sees you as a threat.
ReplyDeleteGOD BLESS BABA BUHARI
ReplyDeletehi
ReplyDeleteApart from what I may have written before, I must admit, ruefully though, that I have some sympathy for Mrs Okonjo-Eweala. When at first she stood her ground not to be messed up in the shady deals going on in the last administration, her mother was kidnapped. If she were a saint, and I wonder how many of us are, she should have resigned from that government there and then. The person giving her an oral directive knew what he was doing and I won't buy the idea of Ibrahim Babangida that Jonathan was 'inexperienced'. People asking Buhari to probe Obasanjo are deliberately being mischievous. I once gave the illustration of a man taking up his residence at a government residential building and he asked to check the inventory and append his signature but the rascals there tried to thwart him from checking on the spurious explanation that the house had been built in 1914 and if the prospective occupant would like to check, he should begin his check from that date! This country has a long way to go. As long as people are bent on making probe of the last regime impossible, so long shall we continue to wallow in unmitigated poverty and unbridled impunity.
ReplyDeleteI must admit, ruefully though, that I have some soft spot for Mrs Okonjo-Iweala. When at first she stood her ground and refused to take part in a compromising indiscretion, her mother was kidnapped. If she had been a saint, which many of us are not, she should have resigned there and then! And the person giving her a mere verbal directive wasn't the 'moron' that people claim he was; nor was he all that inexperienced as Ibrahim Babangida has patronizingly called him! He definitely knew what he was bargaining for. And the people pontificating that the probe of all other heads of state is a sine qua non before that of Jonathan's for Buhari are downright being mischievous. Look at it this way. I'm taking up residency at a GRA apartment and I'm to append my signature on the list of items which would be verified at my departure and then I ask to check the items and some rascals are telling me the house has been erected since 1914 and if I really want to check inventories, I should start from that date! Humbug.
ReplyDeletewhy cant we for once be patriotic and leave ethnicity alone. I have been watching the trend of comment on social media on public issue I can see that many of us are not sincere in our contribution. as our comment often reflect our affiliations and not objective. An allegation of this huge sum is laid on Ngozi Okonjo-Nweala at this time of economic challenge I honestly think we should collective demand that she should give her own account of the issue rather than just supporting her. God save Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteWell said, Baba Agba.
ReplyDeleteNdi ara,ev'ry time de keep on calling billions of naira .
ReplyDeleteNgozi shld be in prison by now shes a firstclass barauniya thief ole magu magu
ReplyDeleteagba, when u get to ur plae of work, start questioning approved monies and see what will happen
ReplyDeleteBaba Agba, Where is the proof of what you are writing about? Was it tendered in Court? you guys just start condemning and finding them guilty on the Media. YOU DON PAY YOUR TAX????? YOU GET TAX RECEIPT????
ReplyDeleteIt is not in her position bcos d boss is aware of the request from Dansuki why will he use d money meant for arms to build, buy and give charity as if it was his money.. Ngozi released d money she did not eat the money dansuki ate the money he should b punished
ReplyDeletenija
ReplyDeleteIt is high time we stop worrying about the past and move forward.
ReplyDeletetalking about looters and if i may where are billions of money collected so far. it sees is if you our government do not understand the state of economic at the moment. people are getting poorer. complains is a disease.
Baba, you better mind that your ebola infested mouth. GEJ HAS NOT BEEN INDICTED YET. Why not extend same to obj, atiku, ibb, amechi, fashola and so many others?
ReplyDeleteWe keep talking Arms Deal rather than our Economic Recovery
ReplyDeleteS1= N305. We keeping talking Dasuki for 8 months. Charge Dasuki to court, let him speak for himself. APC should move Nigeria forward if they have the potential.
WE SHOULD DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY FROM OUR LEADERS NOT TO BE BIAS IN THIS MATER, WHY MUST PEOPLE WITH INTERGRITY SIGN MONEY OUT JUST BECAUSE THE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SIGN, WHO ARE OUR ROLL MODEL THEN?
ReplyDeleteOkonjo Iweala is not clean. She coined the words so much in that request in order to exonerate herself. It means she knows whats about to happen and she just doesn't care. "Wetin concern me for the tin na" bad attitide for a minister in charge of the economy
ReplyDeleteWow, Ngozi should be account for action but I think my former president has nothing to do with all this, because my instincs says so.. Allah's knows better
ReplyDeleteBaba Agba, Politicians and Technicrats are like water and oil. In asking GEJ to supervise the NSA, She was simply telling the president that while am not the NSAs supervisor, I have no confidence and at the same time, I wont take the fall for politicians accusing her of holding back funds for genuine development. Rememmebr that Oshiomholes grouse with NOI is that she is miserly with funds release
ReplyDeleteA technocrat may find it difficult to supervise a politician especially if the politician occupies a sensitive position as the NSA occupied. When you give advice, politicians can play it against you especially if they are hell bent on committing a fraud...No body has asked where the NASS stood in this...
ReplyDeleteALIYU,
ReplyDeleteSORRY WE HAVE OTHER CREDIBLE NIGERIANS,NOT OKONJO NWELA
Ngozi has earned herself great reputation that Nigeria and Nigerians cannot rob her of.
ReplyDeleteIf you are an obedient civil servant, at that level, what can you do? Can you say NO! to a
ReplyDeletepresidential directive? Capital NO. Madam Iweala-Okonjo had done what is humanly possible. If the head is warped, the rest just obey the "order from the above". Ladies are 100% smarter than the male counterparts. Madam Iweala will come out unscathed.
There was request for money for purchase of arms in other to tackle insurgency so as to save lives. No responsible minister of the federal republic will object that. As if she knew what was going to happen, she the then president to monitor how the money will be spent. This tells us that she was not part of the sharing of the money. Dasuki has never mention her name among the beneficiaries. pls i beg nigerians to live this woman alone. i don,t support PDP and i don,t support AOC but i am Buhari,s fan. if i have my way this woman will still serve nigeria again bcos her types are few. Any question on that arms deal should be directed to Dasuki and Jonathan.
ReplyDeleteAm shock at people castigating the person of Jonathan rather than hitting the nail at the head. When has it come to where president of a country saddled with lots of responsibilities, will be expected to check Roads maintain by FEMA/Arms bought by NSA's office/How many megawatts produced by POWER HOLDING/How many cars the comptroller General of custom cleared in a month, just to mention few. No body applaud corruption but, it must not be a fight against oppositions. Rotimi Amaechi of River State still walk on the street without molestation from EFCC or any other relevant agency, despite proves by the State of how he transferred the state resources into four companies that have same office, prio to the 2015 election. Buhari is using Ant-corruption to fight opposition yet, no one remember why Fela Anikolakpor Kuti was thrown into prison during Buhari military govt. All Nigerian are saying is that, Buhari should not be partisan or selective in fight against corruption. Those who embezzle money approved by Jonathan are 78 per cent of his cabinet today.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what people call value in this part of the world. so very unfortunate, we r so sentimental in dealing with thieves! I think is high time pen be classified under arms! Either with gun or pen an armed robber is an armed robber, and should be treated as such! my humble submission!
ReplyDeleteWAT A PITY !!!, TO SALVAGE ND SANITIZE OUR ECONOMY ND TO PUT AN END TO CORRUPT PRACTICES , ALL D PEOPLE INVOLVED MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE TO D PUBLIC ND FACE TRIAL TO REFUND DEIR LOOT.
ReplyDeleteYou Yorubas say you respect your elders but you have throne caution to the wind while abusing former president. None of us is qualified to call anybody names as far as the present fight against corruption is consigned because all of us are guilty one way or the other.
ReplyDeleteYou are all mumus. Don't you know that the woman was cleverly but foolishly exonerating herself. She can't claim ignorance to the reasons for the disbursement of the funds. A woman of repute would have vehemently opposed the release of the funds because she was privy to how the loots from Abacha were recovered and the terms and conditions given by the countries who conceded to release the funds then. The primary condition was that the funds will be used to develop the country. If her boss insisted that the fund be released, she could have tendered her resignation if she loves the country than the parochial interest of his imbecile boss.
ReplyDeleteThe woman is a spent layer she has nothing credible to offer the country any longer.
@Baba or what ever you call yourself, in your whole life i don't think you are capable of handling any public office to talk of becoming any president of any kind, so if you don't know what to say quietly keep your mouth shut, nonsense.@Buhari or APC laid government should focus on the deceiving promises they promised Nigerian youth during the election time and stop beating around the bush as if they were saint on their day to day activities.
ReplyDeleteShe deserve death by hanging without judgement,Mr president please never temper justice with mercy for these evil heartless woman,as for dasuki and David mark by now they suppose to be in hell,as for evil luck Jonathan he also deserve life in prison,
ReplyDeleteIf the Wizard is not hunting the the former finance minister, I wonder if it is the Akara Woman on the street that u want the witch to hunt when she is not in charge of our money. Accountability is very important. Nigerians should be prepared not to go scout free if u choose to commit heinous crimes. One thing is certain, with God, there is accountability. And as God has made it, no one can eat more than his stomach, no one can sleep in two beds or two rooms at a time. Not even two cars at a time. It is definitely certain that everyone will return to dust. So what is the Wisdom in carrying unnecessary money which will definitely not need.
ReplyDeletecorrupted leader should not go free
ReplyDeleteHow time can tell on evil perpetrator like Ngozi,Let God judge her fiduciary role in that massive corrupt government of Jonathan.
ReplyDeleteAmerican motto reads>In God we trust!but I add TRUST NO MAN,LET THERE BE ACCOUNTABILITY!
ReplyDeleteEwo!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy dear Baba Agba, may the Almighty in His infinite mercy and grace protect and keep you joor... Leave all these lunatics who are blinded by a mirage.
ReplyDeleteShe's good, she's a god-sent, why couldnt she just turned in her resignation is she knew she was been forced to make such illegal transaction?
You all be there talking nonsense, My God and my president will keep fishing out those who have contributed to the detriment of this our great nation- Nigeria.
The only problem Nigeria has is corruption, until this is sorted out, no head way can be made in anyway, I tell you.
Take out the problem first, everything will fall into place.
We all seeking for this administration to focus on other areas, but fail to see and understand that no seed can grow under a bad soil, no matter how fresh and robust such seed is for planting, the soil will only kill it.
Nigerians, stop been deceived, corruption needs to be cleared out by any and every means possible, thats the only way forward.
I should think that this eye opening case of misappropriated security funds would be exemplary to us, its just so shocks me that some Nigerians still dont get it.
The only thing to deduce from there is that they are just dumb, so had better shut up and let progress work.
time will vindicate those who served our beloved country selflessly, and those who did it 2 build dynasties for unborn grandchildren
ReplyDeleteGod save this country ,why our servants are busy inflicting injury on us , and b4 we say jack they will cry the rule of law.
ReplyDeleteOur Judiciary must be sanitized Gbola
The woman knows very well that all the money releases from the treasury must retired, she should not give us whimsical excuses.
ReplyDeletePLS C PIPLE OF INTERGRITY LIKE DIS WAT THEY WHERE DOING WIT OUR NATIONAL RESOURCE baba GMB teach them lesson pls i dey vex nw ooooooh......
ReplyDeleteGovernment should block all their bank account and the looters should account for the money. They will rust in jail.
ReplyDeleteNone is good in Nigeria, are you aware that Buhari is asking for #3.9 Billion just for renovation of Aso Rock. What manner of accountability is that? Let those who cares ask him what he is renovating in Aso Rock.
ReplyDeleteWHICH is more important to today nigeria, improving or improved economy or to arrest all the thieves in the country and put them in jail?
ReplyDeleteI can see the level of illiteracy in Nigaria is very high, however if in your house you gave your wife money to cook a pot of soup and you are not satisfied with the taste of the soup, then will you keep your house hold in hunger until when you finish investigating why the pot of soup had no taste before you give your wife money to cook another pot of soup. What does all Nigerians need right now when oil prices has crashed and threatening to crash Nigeria Economy. Buhari should tell me what he has done about the economy not about how corrupt PDP government was, l know this already that is why APC won.
Yes people stole money in any tenure of Government and we must recover all the money and Punish all those who are involved, Yes, should this be priority over bettering the life of the populace. Even this APC can not fight corruption to a stand still even if it was sincere in fighting it, because in America over 200year is still having corrupt people. After 8 months there is no conviction on any looter cases and you want me to take corruption fighting as an achievement of this Government. Since l was born this is the First time opposition party should will be the Senate president and in which country have heard a budget of a nation is missing, produce too different copies etc. Nigerians should open their eyes if we really want to have a progress.
APC should just do something else that will remove attention from Dasuki and give LAI MUHAMMED something else to tell Nigeria. The belly is blowing whistle and the we are fighting corruption is becoming a boring news.
It is judgement day, the guilty get ready
ReplyDeleteThere is no way this Country can progress with the degree of tribal hatred, sentiments, sectional interest and functional intimidation and disobedience to the rule of law. It is only in Nigeria that elected top Politicians are above the Law, I had always said; lovers are never wrong and haters are never right,Nigeria has never had a Leader like GEJ but He lacks the liver to control and move along with His leadership. Environmental influence at times controls will of action and behavior.Any established action or policy begets spring board for future reference because rulership is never static. The new generation are watching Us.
ReplyDeletePlease publish my comment.if I have made any mistake pardon
ReplyDeleteI am sorry please publish my suggestion.thanks
ReplyDeleteWhat would have been your position if the NSA had used the fund for the purpose it was meant for? If the finance minister disbursed funds for a project, do we not think that, it is the responsibility of the Auditor-general of the federation to monitor the usage of the money? Just asking.
ReplyDeleteWhen will we start talking about milestones of the present administration. We are so busy with the past and completely forgetting the present.Very soon four years will be gone and we will wake up again agonising and cursing. Let's allow the anti-corruption agencies do their jobs but let start asking pertinent questions towards getting things done and properly too my people.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, these are the giant criminals, it getting to them gradually. She's the major cause of the hardship the country is going through today. She & her doom boss stole all the money in our excess crude oil account & external reserve which is the major cause of devaluation of naira which the country is facing today. They need to return all that money before God will start to punish them.
ReplyDeleteThe woman is a star, she will continue to be star , no amount of intimidation will stop that.
ReplyDeleteNo body moves forward by looking back. Let the present government be a bit compassionate on the poor Nigerians and think on how to tickle the present economic state of the country at the moment. I think that should be her priority for now. I submit here.
ReplyDeleteI am passing
ReplyDeleteNigerians stop being mischievous the past always reflect on the present there is no way you can separate the past from the present and if this country is to move forward we must start from somewhere so let the probe begin from the immediate past government and downward like that.
ReplyDeleteGod is watching, the looters should know that the ''rich is awake because of poor''
ReplyDeleteImagine 5.5 million pounds? Yet you can't get 10,000 pounds of the Europe and America without you declaring it. Doesn't these government leaders knows about these thieves? Yes they do and yet they allowed them to loot our children destinies to their countries. Who mumu pass if now those stupid politicians. Both the Ngozi that signed of the money she has her cut so she is equally a thief stupid Nigerian leaders.
ReplyDeleteIf na u dem give u moni make u go liberate ur people u go sharam. make una de dia de blame GEJ & Ngozi, leave ewu awusa.
ReplyDeleteMy fellow comrades, the situation in which our country find it self did not emanate from GEJ regime. The price of goods and services in this present dispensation is not to right home about, in the history of Nigeria dollar has NEVER been sold at 310 for a dollar.Baba PMB promise Nigerians change we have started experiencing the change in a negative way, missing budget, double expenditure on our budge. The same set of past governors that made Ngozi iweala sign our reserve was appointed as minister.pre election baba made a lot of empty promises which none has been fulfilled, to rescue chibok girls, make one naira equal to a dollar, feed school pupils with free food, reduce unemployment etc. He has travelled to other countries within the space of our months yet no significant impact yet wasting the limited resources we have. Where is the justification of all the promises he assured Nigerians. Apportioning blame will not solve this mess, he should get to work. Baba go slow slow. God will deliver from all this.
ReplyDeleteBahari's fight for corruption is good but Why PDP members alone......????? Besides our economy is dieing under his nose. No good economic structure, no agenda, no focus since 8months now....!!! You have indeed 'Buharilized' our economy with a baseless rule.
ReplyDeleteSo, how does this News concerns Okonjo now? What kind of News is this? Was her name mention? You people should be careful what strategies you adopt to invite readership. Someone can sue you people for blackmailing and giving wrong impression to the public as if she was named on the so called list if it exists at all. You should put effort to report the right News with more concise pictures especially where persons and names are involved.
ReplyDeleteSome ppl go know say this woman na thief, yet they will be supporting her. Make thunder strike them all down, including the supporters.. You can't eat out money and go scout free. They took an oath before resuming office to serve this great nation Nigeria. But they got there and render millions of Nigerian poor. The almighty God in heaven never sleeps nor slumber, they shall all face the wrath. The crying blood of the innocent blood will strike them. Billions of dollars dismissed, funds transferred to personal account. They will all die in jail. Anyone here who try to go against my words here will be included in the wrath.
ReplyDeleteBuhari is fighting corruption, recovering money from those that supposedly looted public fund. How would this money benefit the ordinary Nigerian if the structure that enable the past administration is still the road map for the present administration.
ReplyDeletenb. We all need healings to become and act righteousness and engage our selves /leaders to turn the manifold blessings of God to productive bountifulness for all.Time is running out for us all already born yet have not made it nor come of age effectively-all facets!.God forbid -Our destinies are so locked up in the barren conscience of some looters across the years knowing they are in the age of HARMLESS IMPUNITY .Will you take this-fellow Nigerians? WHAT TO DO-RETRIEVE ALL LOOTS TRANSPARENTLY and engage the funds in any of the nationally productive ventures that will comfort & enable Nigerians to live proudly as Nigerians.Jailing after due process is secondary but retrieve what s been illicitly looted.
ReplyDeleteWhy not also consider setting up A NATIONAL TRUTH & RESTITUTION COMMISSION THAT WILL encourage voluntary returns of illicct gains... GBEMI TIJANI 30012016 458AM
Reading all the comments made by the Hausa and Yoruba APC they keep blaming Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and not their Hausa brother Cool.Dasuki That chopped the money.
ReplyDeleteThe Yoruba are not blaming Dasuki rather the blame NOI. just because they and the Hausa's are in APC,and as such should not blame an Hausa man Dasuki. Friendship of interest. Lol
The IBo's are protecting NOI. Because she is their own. And for the fact that she worked with jonathan,Jonathan should not be blamed or asked to account for his years in office. And if the probe must be done , its should include Ibb .Obj.Atiku,Abdulsalam etc.
I bet you guys all the shout about Late Abachas loot is simply because he his dead. If not if he was an APC man nobody including PMB. Can probe or mention his name. And the Hausa would have protected him.
My simple take on this . GEJ's govt is being probed because he his not once a khaki man, and is still a PDP.man.
FRom all our comments Nigerians can not be one. Let the country peacefully split according to tribal boundaries and only then we can see meaningful growth and good governance.Thank God we are not seeing each other if not with these comments there would have been serious fight amongst us all. May God help us all.
YES!!! WE SOPPORT U MR PRSNDNT who eva stole our mny shoul bring it out nd also punsh as he deciev us

ReplyDeleteyes! we sopport u sir mr PRESIDENT
ReplyDeleteThose politicians who are holding public office or political appointment, and were accused of looting funds either as ex-governors or whatever, should be tried in court and also jailed in kuje prisons, that would actually balance the anti corruption fight.
ReplyDeleteIf i may ask, what are some of the thieves doing in the anti-corruption squard. Baba please and please watch your back oo!!! because some of them are there to count your steps. God help Nigeria Michael O. Uniabuja
