Buhari, who was Jonathan's rival during the presidential elections, condemned the fuel scarcity that hit former President Jonathan's regime as president.
The ex-president has however referred back to that comment, saying;
Nigeria's productivity is being hindered due to the countless man hours spent on petrol stations today.ALSO READ: Buhari Set To Order Jonathan’s Arrest As ex-President Meets With His Former Ministers
Jonathan also condemned Buhari's method of tackling corruption. He said that his strategy for combating corruption is not by indiscriminate arrest and jail of people.
I stand by due process. Any country that does not respect due process is a jungle,” Mr. Jonathan said.
They say to be strong is to jail people indiscriminately. For 300 years. Is that where we're going to?”
What have Nigerians really enjoyed since APC assumed power for the past months, does it mean there are no qualified personals in Buhari government that can help tackle this mess in the country? Or they are there just as figure heads?
ReplyDeleteRebuilding can be more difficult than building from the scratch! PMB is packing out the rubbish left behind by PDP and until this is done, there will be no end to our complaints.
DeletePacking what and dumping them where?
DeleteIf there is anything at all to pack, not rubbish by PDP alone.
Was it not the same rubbish PMB came to pack when he over threw Shagari NPN? PMB military regime also dumped and left.Babangida, Abacha, Obasanjo x2- these are all PDP kwo?
Nigeria should be rebuilt from the scratch
How long did it take PDP to clean the mess of military junta or rule in Nigeria but in its entirety life was high.APC is not building from the scratch as was PDP n so have no reason as highly cry because democracy and its tenets has already been set on motion
DeleteSir you have said it all. 'They are there just as figure heads'
DeleteSir you have said it all. 'They are there just as figure heads'
DeleteThey are only there to find faults on past government while thousands of Nigerians are losing their jobs, dying of boko haram and hunger.
DeleteLets leave mentioning PDP and focus on APC government. I believe in change but I must say Buhari needs change if he truly wants things to change. Remember, any moron can say anything... I dont see any change coming with the type of Ministers and the make-up in Buhari's Cabinet.
DeleteWe are happy for the fight against corruption, yet the Economy is very very backward, PMB met the Economy on NO.1 in Africa but today we are struggling with 14th position, Companies are winding up day by day, people are losing their jobs, hunger is biting hard in the land, Fuel scarcity has become the comprehension chairman of Nigeria today, PMB should reduce his traveling, sit down and begin to think round the clock of Nigerians and proffer solution to the suffering of the common man in Nigeria. Nigerians have never been put on hold to suffered this much. We suffer for power, Fuel, houses and even food, PMB was elected to do thinks right, but today the common man on the street is crying out for help to have 1 0 1.May God help NIGERIA
DeleteBUHARI DID NOT SAY HE IS COMING TO REBUILD...HE SAID HE IS COMING TO BUILD MORE PERFECTLY THAN PDP...SO LET HIM BUILD FAST....NO EXCUSES OLD MAN....KNOW IT THAT IT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR A THIEF TO SEE MONEY AND PASS BY....BUHARI IS A THIEF AND HE IS BUSY STEALING NOW...HE STOLE $2.8BILLIONS FROM PTDF...HE IS STILL STEALING...DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM A KNOWN THIEF
DeleteYOU HAVE JUST SAID THE TRUTH AND HEAR WHAT TRUMP SAID ABOUT BUHARI TRAVELLING THE WHOLE WORLD AND CHASING HIS ENEMIES THROUGH EFCC RATHER THAN STAY IN HIS COUNTRY AND WORK
DeleteWHEN ALL MEMBERS OF THE CABINET ARE POLITICIANS, AND THERE ARE NO CORE ADMINISTRATORS. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT.I SAW IT COMING WHEN THEY WERE APPOINTING POLITICIANS INTO VARIOUS POSITIONS
DeleteGMB has a crop of self centred hands sorrounding him .Nothing good from apc administration.its a big shame recycling expired old criminals in power when we got vibrant intelligent young men who would have help buhare move the nation forward .look at power industry for example who are the owners ? same criminals who killed nigeria economy ? Nigeria is sitting on the gunpowder....
DeleteSelective justice is what we have today in Nigeria
Delete...... fulanis are killing people in Benue State not even a condolence message talk less of sending troops to control the situation... but he is quick to sending the army and police to shoot peaceful protesters.... what a misplace leader
Oyigbo man wetin concern u for our country.. U no go mind ur own business?
DeleteBuhari go ahead and arrest Jonathan as part of the corrupt fight. We are waiting
ReplyDeleteWe can't continue like this ,economy plan is the solution required now
Deletejonathan should be hanged he is s thief and all his cabinets and ministers are thieves Buhari arrest all of them and let them bring the naira back and the dollars they steal from nigeria
Deletefool talk.
Deleteu dnt even kn who is a thief in this country, its because u did not benefit from his government
Deleteif the APC govt went 2 fight corruption, they should look within and around them.Let some1 tell this govt 2 stop this blame game because governance is a serious business 4 serious minded people.
DeleteWhen you hanged Obasanjo, Babaginda then you can talked about hanging Jonathan
DeleteNot only you that are waiting, sir Nigerians are waiting.
DeleteLet him tried and disgrace his self. Aliburton have been forgotten.
Akintola Williams I just noticed stupidity and foolery runs in your family you ugly man, changing from bad to worst, bring back our girl is as good as bring back our corruption.
DeleteI cant comprehend the lack of shame.
ReplyDeleteBuhari has been overwhelmed just like jonathan by Nigeria i dnt understand what you people call fight against corruption that is going on.EFCC makes the arrest the media houses blow the trumpets and the courts grant them bail is your definition of fight against corruption no people dnt be deceived
DeleteSorry to say this, Buhari is not fighting corruption but fighting selected corrupt people... Because corruption is still very much alive in Nigerian Customs,Murtala Muhammad Airport, Nigerian Police as well as Nigerian Prison Service where you will have to spend all you have in your pocket for you to see an inmate... May God help us.
DeleteIt is clear that you are an Igbo man or Niger Delta.why can't you guys follow the right path in your life?. You are the one that draw back the nation call Nigeria. You never see anything wrong in Jonathan administration. Haba! Do not forget that it was Yoruba that first critisice obasanjo. And also we bought fuel more than 300 naira per litre during Jonathan regime. Don't let miopic and tribalism kill you, think rationally!
Deletelie can kill...... we never bought fuel foe even #200.00, no scarcity yet subsidy was removed. fuel marketers tried to sabotage the economy but fail... Buhari is a Shame to Nigeria..........
Deleteyour statement shows the depth of your foolishness and ignorance.killing th corruptionis the best solution to better governance.what is your role as a nigerian in the foght against corruption.what is d role of the judiciary as well.look at our foreign reserve and our income from oil.we see now is better than what will have happened it jonathan is still there looking at these revelation.im sure if jonathan is found guilty and sentenced, u will protest against his sentence.you are partycracy.the process u talked about is legislation.are u aware about the 2 bills d president sent to d national assembly?
DeleteMr.GEJ,the bus is imminently coming your way.just exercise some 'patience#SARCASM
ReplyDeleteBetrayer clear conscience fears no accusation. If your father Obasanjo is not arrested for all he stole why Jonathan. Betrayers who betrayed their own will not spare others.
Deleteyou talking rubbish
DeleteFOOLISH yemi you are just a waste to your parents and your generation
DeleteAre you on drugs? If Goodluck is arrested, what then happens to your hero-Obasanjo? If Buhari wants to fight corruption, he should do so without sentiment or discrimination. Is Saraki supposed to be your senate president today? Corruption fighting my foot!
DeleteMy opinion I think since GEJ know that OBJ. is corrupt I think GEJ should be the right person to hold him accountable for what he has done wrong.instead of teaching Buhari his job
DeleteFoolish comments... all the lies promised by GMB and co; not even one has been fulfilled and you guys are still wallowing in your foolishness.. mugus.
ReplyDeleteFalse Leaders...
DeleteThe only thing holding them up are the people who support them.
Mugus indeed.
Ernestly, they don't any any agenda. their agenda was to cause war and destabilize GEJ's govt, unexpectedly, the man they want to crucify, humbly, gently, sincerely, and truthfully handed over power to them when it was the list thing they were expecting from him. Earlier before d election,he call his personal lawyer to withdraw from the certificate case GMB had in court the very day the court was supposed to rule against GMB and his lawyer asked him why, he told him that he is no longer interested in dat case, he gave him 5 armored SUV's for his protection during his campaign. How many of the past president can do such. their plans was that if he declare himself winner, there would be problem, how then do you think that such people will hand agenda to rule this country. what they are doing is wat they have as their own agenda.....
DeleteUse your common sense guy.what your people destroy in 16 year of fruitless administration. Can it be fixed in a year.don't even expect miracle this year.haba upon all the confession of stealing and looting of the past administration you still don't want this government to clear their brother first. Don't be miopic!
Deletemy dear, they don't know what else to do, so they are fighting corruption...They should start from Obasanjo, Kwankwaso, Amechi, Tinubu, Atiku... Then I will take them serious...Is it only the last administration that was labelled corrupt??? Let's start from the beginning. Fighting corruption indeed!!!!!!!
DeleteWhat are they fixing? How long does it take to appoint ministers? How about the budget? What are they fixing when things that were already fixed are getting worse. Everything thing they are using was initiated by GEJ's administration(BVN, TSA, IPPIS etc)
DeleteGMJ is a good man Ernest Excel non be nigeria you dey ,, you nor they see waiting they happen ,, you nor get eye ,, think just 11 month , buhari has distroy Nigeria think what will happen in the other 37 month ,, Nigeria will be grounded your so call buhari does not have the nigeria at heart,,, he is a greedy man and very corrupt ,,, he no nothing about administration
Deleteit is a pity that even with all the lies told Nigerians by Buhari and APC, people are still under their spell of mediocrity
DeleteThe difference is clear, Buhari's administration is the clear definition of clueless. 6 months of queue to buy petrol? Witch-hunting in the name of fighting corruption while the corrupt APC guys are given appointment. Everywhere people are suffering, if this is as a result of PDP mess, why didn't we suffer during PDP regime? Yeye people
ReplyDeleteFlash back your memory, you queue more than this during Jonathan regime before and after the election and it was during subsidy regime.
DeleteWhat is the duration between before and after election. GEJ's administration gave us steady petroleum products for more than 5 years. Don't claim ignorance that you don't know why the product was scarce during the election period.
Deleteliars
DeleteYour selfish admin will crumble
ReplyDeleteLET HIM ARESST OBJ,IBB, FIRST THAT IS WHERE THE FALL OF NIGERIA STARTED
ReplyDeleteWe really need to move forward and not pursue rat when our houses are on fire. Please God help us in this nation.
ReplyDeleteMy man go to center of ring road and sit Down. Nothing is happening. The change we are seeing is the worse. I hv never in history bought a litter of fuel for 300 Anita except now! Change or?
ReplyDeleteYou guys forget easily you bought it more than 400 after election in 2015. Flash back your memory please!
Deletemay be it was your filling station that sold fuel for 300 to 400. As for me I have not seen or heard. please which part of the country. let us not justify failure. forward ever backward never should be our motive.
DeleteTry arresting him, and you will know that even your so-called head of state will not rest in this old age of his. Answer the issue of the conduit pipe called, TSA.
ReplyDeleteYoruba nation is a shame and total disgrace to Southern Nigeria, I don't blame them because they are the biggest beneficiary though nemesis will catch up with them in no distant time.
ReplyDeleteHehehe. GEJ has realised that the anti-corruption truck is finally getting to his bus-stop.
ReplyDeleteBuhari said he has the interest of the country at heart but is making his ministers based on loyalty and not merit, how are we fighting corruption then? So if a corrupt man is loyal to you as a president, you will make him a medal and kill those that are not loyal. #Fightingcorrption
ReplyDeleteI stand on the principle of justice.Let president Buhari carry on no matter who is involved or else this country will not get it right.Even if they say he is selective, let them be punished. Enough is enough
ReplyDeletemr akintola Williams with all due respect, we know who the Yoruba are simply people who don't have bearings, who always associates with huosas, but my advice is that you people should always learn to be yourselves and stop your eye service. otherwise uptill now you have not figured out that your so called APC government is a propaganda govt. who have come to blame and not repair up till almost nine month now they are still lying on catching cockroaches and rats all in the name of they looted and so on. interestingly we have not seen one naira of those money recovered- people are being sacked in their place of work, business dying, naira to dollar escalating, while the president is busy travelling about the whole world people who come to save money . national assembly controlled by apc battling to buy 325 vehicles. the current budget being padded without the president knowing this . pls stop arresting any one and face the challenges of the economy first-- since people must be alive to enjoy your so called clean up as illustration I can not be building a house and my family is dying of hunger
ReplyDeleteYorubas always associates with hausas you said, yet it was the Yorubas, OBJ and co who ensured that GEJ was made President after the death of Yaradua, also in 2011 all the Yoruba states despite being APC states voted for GEJ against Ribadu the APC candidate. Thereafter the Ingrate GEJ, Anyim Pius, Edwin CLARK etc abandoned the Yorubas and pithed thier tent with the hausas, they called OBJ a motor park tout, removed all yorubas from key goverment positions and replaced them with mainly hausas, GEJ completly marginalized the Yorubas, that was what caused him the election in 2015.
Deletesenate president was zoned to the west. tinubu AC senators supported pdp northern senators to install tambuwal. that was where yoruba lost it. will u also blame jonathan for that?
DeleteJonathan was being a good man! Little did he know that there are no good man in government house. He did not abandon the Yoruba's otherwise the Igbos also said that GEJ abandons them but Jonathan was seeing the North as those that has major problems due to the rate of poverty over there. He was being selfless in his actions without considering even where he comes from. Haven't you heard his People of Niger Delta's also complaining. He may not have done exactly as he was expected to do but you cannot compare GEJ with Buhari in anyway. Buhari has no road map for Nigeria, But you don't blame him for you don't give what you have not! But a sincere advise to APC government, Summon courage to call Buhari and tell him the truth about the whole thing, He cannot kill you all. We need another Dora Akunyili who will say it the way it is!!! As Pastor Bakare said in his preaching last sunday, "A leader that lacks understanding is an oppressor" When you don't know the right thing to do, people will be suffering as a result of your ignorance and that OPPRESSION. Buhari, since after his last leadership in the 80's has not developed himself in anyway in this changing world. Then what do you expect from such expired brain and outdated ideas. ONLY MILLITARY MENTALITY!!!
DeleteWell spoken my brother.
DeleteMy brother u've said it all nothing but the truth
Deletelet him first of all arrest other president first for corruption
ReplyDeletejonathan should go to bed, I think he has had 2 much ogogoro
ReplyDeleteOld dull brains, when will the children become leaders when this same old fools are power drunk and wants power even when nothing to write home about inside their coconut head. When we have well learned people as Nigerians'' You better resign and go back to your low life if you are not ready to help this country. Not even a single Idea about what we can do with our verse land instead going here and there doing nothing. 4yrs will only come in blink of an eye if you don't sit-up and you will fail woefully because Nigeria is bigger than your brain. Its a shame on great Nigerians who voted you in old man.
ReplyDeleteBros, i don't know if you will get this message but look at it this way. the children you are talking about to become leaders are also the ones on this site throwing insults at one another, tribalised, and lack respect for his fellow man simply because he/he does not share the same opinion with him/her. yourself inclusive, raining insults on the president of the country does not show that we respect our country. the real change will only come when youths learn to think for themselves and not what they tell them.
DeleteIn all, I just read your write up and I ask my self out of 200 comments I can still find 1, a person with wisdom, Fola Towobola thank you very much.you are a true 9ja.
DeleteMichael Saanu and Fola Towobola, you guys are really good. I enjoyed your write ups. we are all in deep shit right now and this is not the right time for sentiments and blaming our leaders. for now let everybody think what we can do for the country in a positive way and I strongly believe that we all will pull through in this critical period. "there is always a silver lining"
DeleteHmmmmm!may God help us
DeleteAll i can read here is sentiment, tribalism, people are blindfolded why we wallow in economic quagmire . abusive comments .... does it mean these old fools have successfully achieved their aim of destroying young minds that can potentially turn this country around for better???? i weep for this nation....... when the colonial master dominated back then ..the likes of Zik, Awo etc came together as one to liberate even though they had no idea of how to run a nation.... here we are now instead of coming together and look for way to make things work ...by joining these political parties in order to teach or influence since they can not give us the best at the moment or create a vibrant one .... here we are blaming, blabbing as if this is the best solution we can come out with. so pathetic.
ReplyDeleteThank you Michael for your words of advise.
Deleteone of the more sensible comments have seen.
DeleteNow this is a man of reasoning.....
DeletePeople seem to have lost fate in Nigeria survival out of human hands, and put it completely in God's hand.Because people find it difficult to differentiate between economic problem and spiritual problem. And that give the religion leaders opportunity to be another set of billionaire in the country through massive exploitation of people who could no longer wait for the best time, but instead miracle drunk and unbridled hallucination. We need to make the best out of this present situation.
DeleteThe only Jericho wall in the country is Unitary constitution instead of true federalism.
DeleteThe country stopped working since 1966 when the military took over from the civilian government, all promulgated constitution then, were meant for purely Unitary constitution not true federalism. We need to erase the current system, that aid and abets corruption.
DeleteCan we just stop attacking ourselves here when we are still the ones suffering the mischief of Aso rock and national assembly? Tackling will not solve the problems.
ReplyDeleteDue to respect to you all, what i can say particularly to what i have read so far is that there is no fear of God in the mind of our leaders, this nation are not suppose to be suffer, cause we are so blessed in our country by God, but why our leaders are playing game of egocentric. i pray that God will mercifully leads our president, we shall gain back our glory.
ReplyDeletetribalism is killing this country.... that's the reason the country is not moving forward....
DeleteExcept the children who did not know what Buhari was scrambling to become a president for. He is not ruling the nation for the first time. His administration has been an epitome of dictatorship so he was actually coming for vengeance, tyranny and agradisement.lets leave sentiment out od this. He will continue to work this way till after three years and he will re-strategise for 2019 re-election
ReplyDeleteMy brother the President has already re-strategise for 2019 re-election by putting his village man as INEC Chairman. That is to say if the south or the east do not give their support for his re-election he will get it through his kinsman...... Time will tell.
DeleteA MAN WITHOUT VISIONS AND PLANS IS IN POWER.
ReplyDeleteWe have lost serious man power due to a lot of packing etc. Whilst I agree that corruption should be tackle ''I stand by the stipulated words that people should not be jail rather due process by law. However, we need to put away partisans and built on moving forward the country with continuation of Light, employment and creating new factories to built matches and etc. before placing action on the economic situation of the country...People are honestly suffering. The change we need is to feed the masses at least with food and light...God help Nigeria and us.
ReplyDeleteI respect President (I still refer to him as president) Jonathan E.G. Mohammed Burhari should be ashamed of his failure - a real disappointment! Where are the trekkers of Mohammed Buhari? LOL. The real trekking is here... go on ... Live long janathan.. those who voted Buhari now see/know the difference between "change" and Stability - the changes continues.
ReplyDeleteGod help us
ReplyDeleteNo sentimentality comrades, if the arrests and prosecution of the so called corrupt Nigerians is what is ruining or staling the economy of the Country, then put it on hold and face the process of revamping the Economy. Let PMB concentrate on revamping the Economy of the Country and let the Authorities in charge of fighting corruption do their work.It was not like this when PMB took over. So, this mean it is the present Government that has run down the Economy. Let us find ways of fixing it together and not pursuing everybody in the opposition party in the name of corruption and closing their eyes on growing the Economy or can't they see what is happening to the Country?
ReplyDeleteWell, the man at the helm of affairs of our country Nigeria had a hidden agenda for coming on board,he never came to govern neither does he have the capacity to govern a country like Nigeria. He is a strong Muslim fanatic who hates and have no respect for other religion groups, He hates the southern part of this country so much that his ambition is to humiliate and oppress them. He is enjoying playing with the nation's and the southern people's sensibilities. The Yorubas are wise and a politically sophisticated group of the south, however they miscalculated on the choice of the present president. They remain the moving force of the south and my sincere and humble advice to them now, is to quickly ignore or bury whatever shame of this wrong calculation and call this idea less and parochial president to order with the pressure of the media as usual locally and international else the shame will be unbearable and before he plunges this country in another war. Be advice wise Nigerians, no sentiment but reality.
ReplyDeletemattew awari, I am surprised you made such a derogatory statement about yoruba. for your information, we have no regret that we support Buhari. yoruba that support you Jonathan are the bode Georges, obanikoros etc. They supported him because they were benefiting from the stealing in the administration of jonathan. as for buhari, just wait and see. you know your people destroyed every thing before they left.
ReplyDeleteThe whole country should go close to God Almighty, he's the only solution to tackle the evil leaders we had in this country, i see more hardship in the future, we are enjoying now even though we are crying, give PMB more three(3) years and the whole country will sink. I see this country if nothing is done living in perpetual agony in the nearest future, for now i think Nigeria has no president and non of them has this country in their heart but their personal pocket. God help us.
ReplyDeleteCan a thief arrest a thief?
ReplyDeleteCrazy country with her crazy people.
ReplyDeleteBahari has buharized the country and its citizens should fold our hands and watch things go wrong the more.
ReplyDeleteIf Jonathan should be arrest, let's all the past head of state and president like Obasanjo should also be arrested and hanged. God bless Nigeria
ReplyDeleteWe are not worried that the economic situation is bad, but we are worried that this administration has no mapped out plan on how to tackle the problem. Blaming past administration is a sign of being clueless. http://healthreel.xyz
ReplyDeleteMy dear good people of Nigeria, let's bring it to bible context a little bit., i will tell you all that heaven will only help those who helps themselves, there's no two ways about it. The change we clamored for by this ruling regime was just a slogan, the change itself as claimed should first reflect truth from their inner minds, correct all manners of political misconduct, and wholeheartedly follow the lay down principles of true democracy. God requires of us all to show case our sincere ability and a renewal of heart. So, you all will agree with me that God has blesses this nation of ours let our leaders in the process of governance applies transparency and sincerity. This is not the time to blame or point an accusing fingers on others, i still believe in my country Nigeria, let's leave the past and be futuristic. God bless Nigeria #Teddy Adams
ReplyDeleteSome people make comments as if they are deaf and dumb to the happenings in this country. Is is not in Nigeria that GEJ bribed muslims with 2b naira to pray for his re-election? when God rejected him when he went to Israel with some corrupt pastors to pray for his re-election? How does he stand as a so-called christians? APC made mistake using broom as their party symbol becos they never knew the rot in the country was so thick that ordinary broom cant sweep. They shd've used buldozer, becos that is the only machine that can clean up the debris left behind by the PDP share the money trojans. Those who still think PDP shd've continued at the federal level don't wish this country any good. Come to think of it, Clark disowned GEJ as soon as he was booted out of power. GEJ himself thanked God for coming out of the captivity of prison imposed on him by the PDP, yet some of you brainless baboons still think GEJ shd still b in power by now, with all the trillions stollen under his watch. Maybe some of you share from the trillions that is you want him to be there. How many youths were employed throughtout his stay in power? This country needs prayers. If you are om a monthly wage of 150k and suddenly, be redueced to 30k, can u survive? that is what Nigeria is facing, yet some u bury your heads in the sands like this ostrich, that it shd be business as usual.
ReplyDeleteDonald trump who blasted Nigeria previously by asking the question ‘WHERE IS THE CHANGE” got a negative response . well trust the US presidential candidate for being blunt , came personally for Buhari. – No sensible president continuously travels round the globe while his country is in terrible hardship and economic mess.
ReplyDeleteIn my company, 3 weeks ego, 6 staff got sack from one dept, another 5 from other dept only God help.
ReplyDeleteit is well
ReplyDeleteI agree with u for peace to rain and this feeling of hatre be done with. I think we should stop pretending we can leave together as one country, with this act of some have more right hold post than other.
ReplyDeleteGMB has disappointed me after a long promises of bringing Nigeria into change and also making corruption free to humanity and to the nation at large, but today it has turn to the other way round. No sensible president continuously travels round the globe while his country is in terrible hardship and economic mess. Is GMB fighting for his pocket all in the name of corruption free or trying to meet u financially due to a long stay away from office, why are they doing this to common masses???
ReplyDeleteTHEY ALWAYS SAY CHILDREN ARE THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW.....
ReplyDeleteBUT IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A PREVARICATION, MUST WE WAIT AS LATE AS 50 OR 60 IN AGE B4 BECOMING A LEADER IN THIS NIGERIA.
if u are waiting for according to u, all rubbish be packed b4 anything can be done then it means PMB and his supporters are clueless, vision-less and are empty upstairs cos packing out rubbish was not among the promises they made
ReplyDeleteAll you see on the faces of the so call change agenda propaganda's are smiles every time the have meetings and gatherings, traveling with high cost expenditures, while a avast majority of Nigerians are suffering from no light, no fuel, worst economy in the history Nigerian.
ReplyDeleteI strongly feel for all those that obviously biased and sentimental, wrong using their talent in constructing useless grammar and displaying poor rational up bringing rather than using the talent for bringing idea that will better benefits Nigeria and Nigerians instead. It is only in Animal kingdom that CORRUPTION will be considered not a hindrance! My question here is, is there anybody arrested for alleged corruption and later found not guilty among these past leaders (They are all guilty) so what is the SENTIMENT/SELECTIVE, here?. It is quite open that His Excellency President GEJ requested those that collected N2trillion for his campaign to return the monies, so what's wrong with PMB arresting the same set of people that completely sabotaged the economy to return the money? Same people here will surely faults PMB should he allowed these proven THIEVES to go away with the money and run empty treasury Nigeria. You called him clueless, do you want to tell me that reviewing Nigeria's constitution to legalize CORRUPTION is what PMB should do to avoid you clueless criticism?. Finally, my advice is, try and change from how you guys were wrongly brainwashed to teach your coming generation to learn how to respect!. PMB is our president like it or not and anybody will consider you a stupid when using abusive words to address your leader. God Bless Nigeria
ReplyDeleteGod must see the Igbo ppl tru bcs this administration those not want us 2 live bcs of our tribe and our religion
ReplyDeleteAPC and Buhari government are FAKE President Buhari for Igbo man or Niger Delta man

ReplyDeleteit says that good sowing will bring good reaping. good sonship will stimulate good fatherhood.good actions will stimulate good responses. it is what you sow you reap.To the present president when you were the former head of state of nigeria.what is the kind of seed you sow.was it the seed of corruption or the seed of intergrity, righteousness, uprightness.either of them you might have sown,is springing forth now.i think seeking wisdom for direction, for right counsel is needed. i urge our present, previous, and former administration.to sit up and rule this country as good leaders of reputation, with intergrity.otherwise;;;;;;;;;;;;GOODLUCK
ReplyDeleteThe Same thing that happened to pharaoh in the Bible will soon happen to this present administration
ReplyDeleteA government that does not have the interest of it citizenry at heart will always go around chasing shadow and not thinking of building it economy. Am not against mr president fighting corruption but am against selective means of fighting corruption, mr president should look inward and think of moving the economy forward and stop spending our money on foreign trip that have not yield anything good.mr president should meet with his economy team and proffer solutions to the challenges we are in. I do not believe in tribalism, let come together to build a strong nation, nobody will do it for us,it is our responsibility.Nigeria is a great country and will always continue to be a great country.
ReplyDeleteLet stand by due process and respect the rules of law for the betterment of the entire Nigerians and to enjoyed the dividend of democracy since it is "government of the people, by the people and for the people" as rightly said by Abraham Lincoln. Therefore, we should expect the positive development not otherwise or we perish. Always think good for the benefit of all good that can be the best for the best.
ReplyDeletePlease let's stop insulting our leaders, let's clear our minds and see beyond this caption. It's only our prayers and doing the right things that can give our desired goal(s). Is your scale just? or can you say what you do to others you'll wish it's done to you?. Whatever our answers are, you don't start climbing the tree from the top. Let's be good citizens! God bless GMB & Jonathan, God Bless NIGERIA!
ReplyDeleteNigeria is a funny place.GEJ used his wisdom not hurting, any tribe, religion or person to correct what that have been destroyed for 0ver 50 years only to receive insult ans rigging out by Almahajiri.Lets see what will happen in 3 more years to come
ReplyDeleteWhat we are having now is amnesty empowerment. In other countries, any crime committed by any person must be fully addressed by the court no matter how many years the perpetrator may run.In Nigeria, the government grant them amnesty. What a funny place
ReplyDeleteU guys are just wasting ur time blabbing around do u know if GEJ and Pmb are in same Caicos I mean all of them are acting films including some of u that benefit from them they all ogboni's they've all arranged for buhari to be successor of good luck. They are bird of the same Felder

ReplyDeletehmmmmmmmmmmmmmm GOD PLEASSE INTERVENE OOOOOOOOO
ReplyDeleteThere is one thing that I belif, as many people that voted for this so call chains that they call change will all PAY for it. The Bible says: When a righteous man rules, people rejoice, but when the wicked rules, the people suffer... What Nigerians are going through now is simply suffering... Until the man on the seat is changed, nothing can changed to positive except to chain.
ReplyDeleteI shouted it aloud in the process of voting when they were shouting say BABA, say Buhari and say Nigeria, we can all see it now for ourselves... in 10 months, nothing good has happened to us... Let the APC Government stop deceiving Nigerians... Their time will soon expire because God is only making Nigerians to see their choice and differentiate from His own choice...
Nigeria is rich, blessed all the time even right now that you all are saying it is hard. The major problem with Nigerians is that they do not want to face reality. Nigerians only want finished things. good home, big flashy cars and enough money in the bank. that is why all we see is wrong wrong and wrong. all Nigerians are corrupt, greedy and selfish, stop pretending and blaming anybody. This Administration is doing its best. We cannot change things over night. this miracle mentality is doing us bad.
ReplyDeleteThe CHANGE AGENDA has now turned into A GAME OF EXCUSES and BLAME; and Nigerians at all levels are now fully engrossed in the new culture of 'if you can't get results, find someone else to blame for your failure'. My advice to the president and APC is to get focused. The more you blame Jonathan/PDP, the more you reveal your weakness, and the more you lose the confidence of Nigerians. FOCUS ON FULFILLING YOUR CAMPAIGN PROMISES!
ReplyDeleteWell, now we can all see that it is God’s help we need, not a military man in agbada.
ReplyDeleteA rusted pipe can never produce a fresh water. The group of people that aided Buhari to power are seeds of corruption. They were the masters of the state of our economy today and they are working hand in hand with him to fight the fruit of their seed, where on earth has that worked. It took Buhari good 4 months and some weeks to form a cabinet, reason been that he was looking for uncorrupted Nigerians and technocrats, at the end of the day he came up with that group that brought him to power. Immediately I know that the mission will be a blame game and no work. Buhari may have a very good intentions to make Nigeria a better place for you and me but I bet you the POWER behind him will never allow that happen because they have a different agenda centered on Religion, Political supremacy and godfather ism, control of oil blocks etc.
ReplyDeleteSit down and consider what is going today you will agree with me that the truth is not far from what I have mentioned above. Consider travels and nations we have assisted even when many states can not pay salaries.
No one is thinking about bringing a law that will stop the police from collecting money from motorists on the road, no one is thinking on what we should do to revive our dead industries, no one is thinking about what will hundreds of thousands of graduates coming out from our Universities every year do, no one is thinking about what we should do to make every Nigerian enjoy a better healthcare, all we are talking about is arrest, detain and bail.
I have said it before I am saying it again, let this government sit down and draw what we were taught in the secondary in economics known as SCALE OF PREFERENCE,follow it holistically in no distant time you will achieve something but if they continue working like a wind without a focus, 4 years will come and go and they will have nothing to show.
Nigeria has been devastated by the former administration, thousand of people were killed, billions of Naira were stole in the name of procuring arms to fight terror, and millions of innocent citizens were rendered homeless. we were so eager to get change, and now the change has come and president Muhammadu Buhari is toiling to bring back our stolen mandate, but very surprisingly some bad eggs among us are criticizing him, what on earth do you think is better than peace?.
ReplyDeleteAnything man-made has an expiration date. Nigeria was a british creation that expired in 2014, and as an expired product, there's nothing anyone can do to save it. It is dead and rotten. Divide this contraption and let each nation build her civilization. Nigeria is dead. I love Biafran people who have seen the light.
ReplyDeletePMB is definitely leaving government after this rule because he hasn't lead or kept to any promise since he resumed presidency. Its either He denies one promise or another. Thousands of people have lost their jobs and are suffering since resumed power. Our economy has gone to an all-time low and currency loosing value, increasing inflation everyday. During President Jonathan these the economy and well-being of the people was a priority no doubt there was corruption but people has food on the table. Since he resumed it has just been going after PDP leaders in the name of corruption and neglecting the people that voted for change and a better economy and living in the first place. God help Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteThe absence of a man is when he doesn\t know what to do but look carelessly on trash. PMB should focus on how to great the nation not to bring it down BC there is no proof he's not going to put in his pocket too.

ReplyDeleteWhat is GEJ saying? Off Point! No one has been jailed...due process is applied in all the cases despite the fact that there are hard evidences indicating that the accussed are guilty.
ReplyDeleteGEJ IS SUPPOSE TO BE DENYING THE THAT HE WAS HUGELY CORRUPT NOT THIS THRASH!
How can corruption be totally handled and completely wiped out in a country where even our mouths and what emanate out of them are fouled and corrupted. Pdp or Apc, goodluck or Buhari, north, south, east or west, we all have our roles to play in this fight. Instead of resolving to the use of invective and public display of ignominy, let us maintain some decorum and judiciously utilize our time the the quest for a lasting solutions to the problems plaguing our dear and great nation. weather we like it or not governance is not an individual or a particular group affair. Holding talks has never helped us in time past and it will not in present times. now is the time to contribute, it is the time for a wholesome united action.
ReplyDeletefrom all that has been said, for me am already tired. But own suggestion and conclusion is is there no way this politicians can put there heads together and solve our grate Nation"s problem.1,removal of our children from the street which is our tomorrow.2,Boko Haram. 3,Removal of all Arabic letters from this country monentryn system i mean our Naira and logos.and finally work on our GDP/IMPROVE OUR EXPORT.
ReplyDeletebuhari is a hungry lion ,you people should give him time to tour all the countries before he dies , meanwhile you guys should wait for him , save the brooms for it will also be used to sweep him out , a total failure just like the power failure
ReplyDeleteAm not against change, but APC must accept change for them to be able to change Nigeria. PMB must change his perception about how he fights corruption. arrest the corrupt APC past Govs. Arrest every past corrupt officers. Arrest Tinubu, Amechi, Okoroacha, Akume, PMB please arrest your conscience. Nigerians are dying...
ReplyDeleteAPC Regime is nonsense
ReplyDeleteIF HE REALLY WANT TO FIGHT CORRUPTION AS HE HAS SAID,HOW MANY HAS HE JAILED FOR LIFE? ABI WHO DE FIGHT CORRUPTION NO DE DO WORK TO BETTER THE COUNTRY? THESE ARE JUST DISTRACTIONS FOR HIM TO DO WHAT HE WANT
ReplyDeleteblunders every where......
ReplyDeleteNo any sane man would give a negative comments about himself. The people, the leaders, and the country.Heaven determines the fate of a nation, but the fate of the people is determined by the deeds of their leaders. The sky of a king is his people, while the sky of the people is access to good food, the people before the country, loyalty before betrayal and life before death.
